Company Secretary Administrative Assistant - Law Firm - Dublin 2 

This prestigious Law Firm based in Dublin 2 are seeking a Company Secretary Administrative Assistant to support their busy Dublin-based Company Secretarial team.

This client-facing role involves coordinating board packs, liaising with directors and service providers, arranging document signings, and supporting ad-hoc queries related to corporate governance.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Compile and distribute board packs (Diligent, Boardvantage, PDFs)
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, attendance, and calendar invites
  • Arrange signing, notarisation, apostilling of documents
  • Support audit requests and assist with regulatory database queries
  • Provide general administrative and meeting support

Experience

  • 1-2 years of office experience in a law firm or financial services
  • Experience in a company secretarial department
  • Experience using document management software and compiling board packs an advantage
  • Experience in diary management
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
