This prestigious Law Firm based in Dublin 2 are seeking a Company Secretary Administrative Assistant to support their busy Dublin-based Company Secretarial team.
This client-facing role involves coordinating board packs, liaising with directors and service providers, arranging document signings, and supporting ad-hoc queries related to corporate governance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compile and distribute board packs (Diligent, Boardvantage, PDFs)
- Coordinate meeting logistics, attendance, and calendar invites
- Arrange signing, notarisation, apostilling of documents
- Support audit requests and assist with regulatory database queries
- Provide general administrative and meeting support
Experience
- 1-2 years of office experience in a law firm or financial services
- Experience in a company secretarial department
- Experience using document management software and compiling board packs an advantage
- Experience in diary management
- Excellent computer skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
