Company Secretarial Administrator

An opportunity for someone just starting their Company Secretarial career who is eager to get hands on experience working with clients in a top Irish law firm!

This is the first step in a well-defined and lucrative career path and will suit a junior candidate with 1-2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced Administrative environment. You will have an interest in Corporate Administration and an enthusiasm to learn. In this role, you will join a busy team and learn about the regulations and requirements of successful companies. This is a role that would also suit someone who perhaps has a law degree and enjoys working in this sector but does not plan to become a solicitor!

Key duties will include:

  • Maintaining the team inbox, distribution of post  and corresponding with clients.
  • Arranging for notarising and apostilling of documents.
  • Client on and offboarding.
  • Updating and maintaining statutory registers.
  • Updating database, team schedules and project progress.

The suitable candidate will have a third level qualification and 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment. You will be comfortable working in a team and have excellent MS Office skills. This role leads to a career in Company Secretarial work and you will need to have an understanding and interest in this field!
