An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Client Development Assistant to join a leading law firm based close to Grand Canal Dock.
This is a newly created, full-time position working with a fast paced, dynamic and friendly team working on a range of client development projects for a variety of sectors including Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Charities.
If you are a recent graduate with 1-2 years experience in client administration, b2b business development or corporate administration, this is an excellent opportunity to continue developing your career in professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality and efficient administrative service, including tracking deadlines and client requirements.
- Assist with client relationship management for key strategic accounts.
- Support the business planning process.
- Conduct market research on a sectoral and client-specific basis, identifying trends and new opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality detailed data analysis; collect and compile internal and external data related to market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with partners, fee earners, and other stakeholders across the firm, including the Bids and Marketing teams.
- Become an integral part of the strategic client development growth initiatives.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Experience: Experience in the legal sector or a professional services environment.
- 1-2 years experience in client administration, b2b business development or corporate administration
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal market, industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.
- Research Skills: Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
- Commercial Acumen: Excellent commercial acumen, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
