This global top tier Professional Services firm is seeking a highly motivated Business Process Analyst to join their dynamic Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing and optimising processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with process owners to understand current operations
- Ensuring completeness of current finance process documentation
- Facilitating process workflow modelling for process improvements and automation
- Highlighting areas for improvement and identifying weaknesses and risks
- Liaising with key management on identified inconsistencies and weaknesses
- Working on ad hoc projects as required
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Qualification: Qualified ACA / ACCA accountant
- Experience: 5+ years post qualification experience (preferred but not essential)
- Project Management: Strong organisation and time management skills; experienced in leading change management
- Communication Skills: Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
- Documentation Skills: Strong documentation skills with the ability to analyse business process and conduct compliance reviews
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, analytical and reconciliation skills
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Full-time, permanent & hybrid working role. Salary €80k-€85k plus bonus & excellent benefits package
