Leading global law firm with a substantial presence in Dublin are recruiting a Business Development Manager to work with their Regional UK/I team.
Working alongside two other BD Managers, you will play a key role in developing strategy for business development across Practice Groups and in collaboration with the team in London. You will also act as a key mentor for junior members of the team, supporting them in their career growth and learning.
In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing BD plans, budgets and strategies for Practice Groups, including setting clear KPIs and objectives for success.
- Using technologies, market research and industry information to develop strategic objectives for Practice Group leaders.
- Tracking success and maintaining accurate reports and data on the CRM.
- Preparing content for marketing purposes in line with other members of the MBD team.
- Work closely with Partners to prepare for and scope BD Trips, identify new areas for growth within existing and new clients and track follow up actions for trips.
- Tracking competitor initiatives and identifying areas for growth and expansion across the market.
Suitable candidates for this role may already be at Manager level or Senior Executive and ready to step up. You will need to have a background in Business Development in either a large commercial law firm or a Professional Services firm.
