Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of complex bids and tenders, from opportunity identification to final submission
- Develop bid strategies, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with all requirements
- Manage a team of bid professionals and the overall bid strategy for the company
- Lead internal teams and stakeholders to produce high-quality, tailored proposals
- Maintain detailed bid records and analyse success rates, feedback, and metrics to inform strategy
- Mentor and manage junior bid and proposal staff
- Contribute to broader Business Development initiatives and strategic planning
Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years’ experience in bid management within corporate or professional services
- Proven track record of managing high-value, complex bids successfully
- Exceptional project management, writing, and strategic thinking skills
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and senior stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems, digital platforms, and bid management tools
- Strong leadership and team mentoring experience
