This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Ireland's top law firms and prepare compelling bids and tenders for new and existing clients across the firm.

You will assist the firm in winning new business and increasing its market share in priority sectors through competitive pitch and tender processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tender documents that meet all submission criteria while also presenting the firm's unique selling point for each offer.
  • Coordinating tender processes internally; organising kick-off meetings and gathering response information to meet all deadlines.
  • Working with partners, associates and other business services teams in the firm to update relevant content and to create bespoke, tailored responses for tenders.
  • Working with the firm’s tender drafting software and content library.
  • Proofing and finalising document formatting to ensure top-quality proposals.
  • Monitoring notifications from online tender portals to identify suitable new opportunities.
  • Ensuring our internal tender tracker is updated to record all key proposal information.
  • Coordinating legal directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR1000).

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a professional services environment, with direct involvement in the tender process required.
  • For this role, experience and knowledge in particular of the energy and renewables sector or related sectors would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and great time management, with the ability to multi-task and recognise when to adjust priorities.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • The ability to work within a team as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
  • Knowledge of legal directories/submissions would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Highly motivated with a positive 'can do’ attitude.
