Administrator - Registrations Team - Dun Laoghaire (Hybrid)
Location: Dun Laoghaire (Hybrid)
Salary: €30,000 - €32,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent | 35 hours per week

An established organisation is seeking a Administrator to join their Registrations Team.
This is a structured administrative role, ideally suited to someone with a strong interest in processes, procedures, and compliance-driven work.
Key Details
- Hybrid Working: 2–3 days per week in the Dun Laoghaire office
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week
- Flexible start: 8:30am – 9:30am
- Flexible finish: 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to members, staff, and external applicants and general membership queries
- Develop a strong understanding of guidelines and ensure procedures are followed accurately
- Verify identity and supporting documentation submitted by applicants
- Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the process
- Prepare reports, presentations, and contribute ideas for process improvements and new initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (ideally within a regulatory or compliance-focused environment)
- Strong experience working with processes and procedures, particularly in document handling and verification
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
