A leading professional regulatory organisation is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Registration Team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator to join a busy, professional environment, supporting the processing of applications, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a high standard of service to applicants and internal stakeholders.
Salary: €36,470

Working hours: 35-hour working week
Location: Blackrock, Dublin – onsite parking available, close to DART and bus routes
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accurate and timely processing of applications, ensuring all required documentation and checks are completed.
- Review, verify, and assess information in line with established procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is complete, reliable, and up to date.
- Provide support and guidance to applicants through scheduled communication and follow-up.
- Manage a high volume of administrative tasks while meeting service targets and deadlines.
- Identify potential issues and escalate queries or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes, systems, and workflows.
- Support quality assurance activities, projects, and team initiatives as required.
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing a professional and efficient service.
- Work collaboratively within a busy team while demonstrating initiative and strong organisational skills.
About You:
- Minimum 1 year’s administration experience, ideally within a busy, process-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and process information.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with a willingness to support process improvements.
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment would be advantageous.
