Are you an organised Administrator looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience across marketing, business development and administration?

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm | Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Initially, you'll provide support across marketing and business development, before transitioning into a broader business support role. This position offers fantastic variety, career development and the chance to grow alongside a business that is entering an exciting phase of expansion following recent investment.
The Role Working closely with the Directors and Business Support team, you'll play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, business development activities and day-to-day administration.
Responsibilities
- Format and prepare high-quality marketing proposals, presentations and client documents.
- Assist with award submissions, company biographies and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate conferences and events, including exhibition stands and promotional materials.
- Liaise with conference speakers and external contacts.
- Assist in creating LinkedIn content and other marketing communications.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business development activities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business.
- Build strong working relationships with Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Support a range of ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
About You
- Minimum 1 year's administration experience within a professional office environment.
- Exposure to marketing, business development, bids or proposals would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Confident, proactive and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
- A positive, enthusiastic team player who is keen to learn and develop.
