Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm
Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to join a friendly, collaborative organisation in Dublin 12. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a supportive team environment.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Member Operations, you will support the membership team by managing all administrative aspects of the membership function. You will engage directly with members of the membership body, combining customer service, operations, and sales in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, assisting members with queries
- Process and record member payments in the membership database
- Maintain, verify, and update accurate member records
- Assist with monthly membership communications and collateral
- Liaise with internal teams, including IT and Marketing, and other external service providers
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)
- Highly organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and database/file-sharing systems
- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- A strong team player who can also work independently
- Committed to delivering excellent service and maintaining accountability
