A leading global professional services firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join its Business Enablement Services team in Dublin. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
- Book and prepare meeting rooms for staff and external visitors
- Organise travel, accommodation, and prepare detailed itineraries
- Support time entry and team timesheet management
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Help with a variety of admin tasks including expenses, purchase orders, scanning, and filing
- Provide dedicated support to Partners
- Raise service tickets, liaise with internal hubs, and follow up to ensure completion
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus, but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and solve problems as needed
- Confidentiality and discretion are essential
