What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a high volume of bank accounts for residential lettings and commercial property portfolios.
- Conducting daily reconciliations and managing internal bank transfers using Yardi and Salesforce systems.
- Handling aged debt and arrears management, ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting.
- Engaging with clients, tenants, and colleagues to resolve queries and maintain excellent relationships.
- Supporting the accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient payment processes.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, with a solid understanding of full-cycle AR processes.
- Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
