This growing and expanding Aircraft Finance organisation are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts & Office Manager to join their Dublin team. The person will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office management, maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for employees and visitors.
- Manage office expense budgets, credit card reports, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate company events and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits management.
- Manage IT operations by liaising with external vendors to resolve issues and maintain equipment.
- Handle accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment preparation, and vendor file maintenance.
- Monitor bank account balances, forecast cash flow, and prepare monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with internal and statutory audits, VAT returns, and budget preparation.
Key Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years in a similar role, with a strong background in office and financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks and Concur is preferred but not essential.
- Solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
