Accounts Assistant - Property - Dublin
A leading property residential letting and property management company based in North Docks, Dublin 1 is seeking a Accounts Assistant to join the Dublin team.
This role is fully onsite at North Dock, Dublin 1
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant monthly rent and other charge raising in line with lease agreements.
- Managing tenant receivables and closely working with the central lettings and accounts receivable team.
- Resolving tenant and receipt reconciliation queries.
- Compliance with accounts payable processes.
- Onboarding suppliers & contractors in line with the company's compliance process.
- Monthly reporting to clients and internal teams.
- Setting up and maintaining properties on the IT System.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Proven Experience:
- Managing a high-volume transactional department.
- Understanding of Accounting and Operational tenant management processes.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Accounting and Operational OMC processes.
Skills:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with internal/external customers at all levels.
Systems:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.
