Our client, one of Ireland’s top 5 law firms would love to speak with you about joining their Listings Team.

This work is highly specialised and this team will offer you excellent training in this area. You will work with clients preparing to list on the Irish / Vienna / Cayman Islands Stock Exchanges. The team advise clients on the rules and process involved with Listing and also works closely with Asset Management, Structured Finance and several international investment banks. If you have an interest in working in the intersection between financial services and law this is an excellent direction for you.

Duties will include:

  • Opening new matters and client files.
  • Assisting with client listing applications and preparation of associated documentation.
  • Completing final terms documents.
  • Obtaining ISIN / LEI / CFI / FISN codes on behalf of clients.
  • Ongoing client requirements for filings – tracking deadlines, renewals, and updates to identifier codes.

For consideration for this role you will need to have:

  • Third level qualification in finance, business administration or another relevant area.
  • 6-12 months experience in an administrative role in Financial Services / Compliance / Legal Administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook.
