We are looking for experienced receptionists to provide front of house support to our clients in Dublin City Centre
Assignments vary in length from a few days to a few months!
- Answering incoming external calls and transferring or taking messages when necessary
- Booking the meeting rooms for external and internal meetings
- Booking and managing travel arrangements
- Maintaining the Reception area
- Signing for couriers and deliveries
- Meet and greeting clients and visitors and being the first point of call
- At least 6 months experience on a reception
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Ability to work independent as well as part of a team
