My client based in Dublin 24 are seeking to hire a temporary Recruitment Administrator for approx. 4 weeks to support the recruitment of sales staff.
This is a possibility of extension for the right candidate into a longer term position as well as hybrid working, onsite parking and a competitive temporary rate.
You will:
- Post vacancies onto job sites
- Review incoming CVs and schedule screening calls with candidates
- Upload candidate information to the internal database
- Schedule interview days
- Support other recruitment functions including assessing skills, collecting references and onboarding.
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of recruitment or HR experience
- Available immediately and for at least 4 weeks
- Can work onsite in Dublin 24 on hybrid capacity
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Good team player
