Temp-perm Administrator – Dublin City Centre

Lex Consultancy are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for our clients in Dublin City Centre. This position is offered at €14 – 15 p/h. and requires candidates to have strong admin based experience.

You must be available and interested temporary – permanent opportunities. 

This is a busy administration role which requires the candidate to multitask on a daily basis. There is also a strong emphasis on administration therefore excellent PC skills are essential. The job requires to provide both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. The ideal candidate will high degree of professionalism, and never fail to be as courteous and confidential as possible.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year admin experience
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks is essential
  • Excellent communication skills is required
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Self-motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Courteous and confidential

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Assist with reporting and creating documentation
  • Updating company database
  • Clerical and administrative support to the team
  • Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and faxing documents
