I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an Executive Assistant to work in their office in Dublin 2. This position will run for ~1-3 months approx so flexibility is required.
The company you will work with is in the Financial Services sector. They have a small team of 6 in the Dublin office, with many offices in the UK.
The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent Corporate Executive Assistant experience, but who will enjoy working in a smaller Professional office.
In this position you will complete EA duties such as virtual diary management, oversee the day to day running of the office (covid safety, ordering supplies etc), meeting preparation, monitor budgets, liaise with EAs in UK offices, assisting with IT queries from staff, maintain the database and data entry, answering phones.
- 3 years’ minimum as an Executive Assistant in a professional environment
- Experience managing virtual meetings
- Comfortable working in a small team in a start-up environment (albeit part of a large organisation)
- Corporate presentation
- Strong MS Office skills (this will be tested)
- Strong work ethic
