Lex Consultancy

Our client, a regulatory body based in Dublin 2, is currently seeking an Executive Officer to join their disputes team for 3 months in an administrative capacity. The salary on offer is €31,698 pro rata. It is a hybrid role and 35 hour Monday-Friday working week. I.T. will be provided for home office set up. This role requires an immediate start.

Role requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyse adjudication reports to a very high standard
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - capable of presenting material in a clear, concise, comprehensive and convincing manner
  • Excellent administration skills: respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work on own initiative
  • Excellent task management, planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to reach weekly targets and follow up on outstanding work
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy, with a focus on high quality outputs
  • Ability to work by themselves and as part of a team

Ideal Candidate: 

  • A minimum of two years administrative office experience
