My client are a financial services organisation based in Dublin 2 who are seeking a professional and experienced administrator to support a busy office.
This is a permanent role based fully on site with offices based close to the Iveagh Gardens and Harcourt Street area.
As the Team Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Greeting guests on arrival to the office, answering the switchboard and managing the meeting room diary
Booking travel arrangements for team members (flights, trains, hotels, taxis)
Providing administrative support to the CSR team
Assisting with office events, workshops and conferences
Assisting with other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
At least 1+ years experience in a similar front of house or administrative support position
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience working in a fast paced, varied position
A can-do attitude and enjoys achieving shared goals
