We are working with one of the best known names in the Irish property sector to recruit a Team Administrator to support the Commercial Property department.
- Location – Ballsbridge
- Hours – 9am – 5.30pm (some flex available on this)
- Flexibility to work from home on Fridays
- Permanent role.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- 2+ years Admin experience – ideally in the property sector / a busy corporate environment.
- Excellent MS Office skills, be tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Ability to work in a busy office environment with lots of competing priorities and the need to multitask effectively.
This will be a varied role supporting members of the team who work on valuations, advisory, development land and other areas and your duties will therefore be similarly varied. They will include:
- New client processes – AML, terms of engagement, correspondence, adding to database.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings and inspections for the team.
- Responding to phone and email queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising with Accounts to gather invoices, deposits, advertising payments and transfer information.
- Formatting and preparing valuation reports.
- Maintaining and using online portals and database.
- Providing additional ad hoc admin support to New Homes team as required.
