As a Service Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Head of Emergency Services and assist with administrative duties.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5:30pm
This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension or moving to a permanent position elsewhere in the organisation.
Preparing daily agendas for the team
Organising meetings and recording minutes
Responding the queries by phone and email
Assist with creating and formatting documents
Prepare reports on time trackers, repairs and maintenance requests for management
At least 2 years experience an a busy administrative role involving coordination and scheduling
Organised, meticulous and excellent communicator.
Team-working, accountable individual with initiative.
Experience in project management is desirable
