Senior Pension Administrator

Our client, a leading Irish-owned financial services firm, is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to join their busy team. In this role you will be managing the administration of a portfolio of clients as well as being the point of contact for client queries. You will also be assisting in some longer-term project work including the preparation of annual reports and statements. If you have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a pension consultancy or employee benefits firm, then we would like to hear from you.
This role involves both complex portfolio administration as well as relationship management with clients; you will be a main point of contact for client queries and concerns. Your portfolio will include both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pensions. You will have the opportunity to manage both day-to-day portfolio admin and longer-term projects including annual reporting. This is an exciting and challenging position within a busy and dynamic Irish-owned organisation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pension consultancy or employee benefits firm with a good understanding of the relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise effectively
