Our client is a well known property consultancy in Dublin 14 who are looking for a professional and hard working receptionist to provide support front of house support and administration support to the finance department.
Salary 25k - 30k DOE.

Attending to incoming calls and meet and greet of visitors
Organisation of internal meetings
Assisting the finance department with some ad hoc duties
Preparation of correspondence
Liaising with clients
General office duties, ordering supplies
To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within professional services.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in finance or supporting a finance department.
You must have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal and strong customer service. Intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
