My client are a leading property organisation who are seeking to hire an experienced Property Administrator for a luxury estate based in Dublin 8.

The role involves supporting senior team members in all aspects of administration. They should have a keen interest in property and be good people person. 

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary, benefits and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking upcoming available properties on property system
  • Co-ordination of tenant maintenance
  • Documenting turnover of vacant properties/ works required / quotes/ completion
  • Checking references
  • Registering tenants with RTB
  • Rent Review Letters
  • Production of general office reports
  • Preparing uniform communication templates to streamline requests
  • Assist the team with any additional duties that may arise to meet the requirements of each department and/or office.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role within the property industry
  • A good team player
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show confidence in dealing with people both in person and over the phone
  • Have a willingness to take ownership of a project.
  • Able to build long term relationships with landlords & tenants
  • Have an excellent work ethic, pro-active attitude and keen desire to learn and develop their career.
  • Systematic approach with strong administrative skills.
  • Able to deliver under pressure and be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Willingness to work hard in a job that requires after hours appointments on a regular basis and pride themselves on going the extra mile.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and attention to detail are essential
