Private Executive Assistant required for 12 month maternity leave contract.

Maternity cover required as an Executive Assistant to the founder of a successful private investment office. You will be responsible for co-ordinating many aspects of his work and personal life. The family are primarily based in London but travel frequently between the UK, France and Ireland. Working alongside a great supportive team the job is varied and rewarding. The job will be based in their Dublin office.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to Day Diary management
  • Arranging meetings and calls via Zoom and Teams
  • Organising travel arrangements and all relevant documentation for the family including booking private and commercial flights, ground transportation and hotels. Completing all necessary forms to travel and ensuring all goes smoothly door to door
  • Various administration duties in relation to the private office
  • Keeping a track of UK / AWAY days for tax purposes
  • Arranging payments of all work and family related invoices
  • Looking after the administration in relation to the 24-hour security company in London
  • Payment of staff salaries
  • Co-ordinating bank transfer instructions
  • Downloading monthly banking transactions
  • Co-ordinating with the family’s team of staff which including their nannies, chef, house managers, housekeepers at their house in London and Villa in France
  • Document handing and filing

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficient MS Office & IT Skills
  • Highly organised
  • Work well under pressure
  • Previous experience within a similar role EA /PA role
  • Flexible to work out of hours or over weekends if required

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Salary €65k with a potential completion bonus at the end of contract
