Part - Time Receptionist and Administrator

We are recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist and Administrator role on behalf of our client, a public sector body in Dublin 2 for a 1 year fixed-term contract. The salary for this position is €25,101 pro rata and the hours are fixed at 9.00am - 2.30 pm Monday - Friday. This role is based on site.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Reception
  • Switch Board
  • Meeting rooms co-ordination
  • Supplies orders
  • Post
  • Customer Service
  • Travel co-ordination Assistance
  • Assist with Event Management
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years experience working in a Reception (including Switch Board)
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to engage with employees and stakeholders, and understand their needs
  • Ability to use initiative and maintain output & productivity
