We are recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist and Administrator role on behalf of our client, a public sector body in Dublin 2 for a 1 year fixed-term contract. The salary for this position is €25,101 pro rata and the hours are fixed at 9.00am - 2.30 pm Monday - Friday. This role is based on site.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Switch Board
- Meeting rooms co-ordination
- Supplies orders
- Customer Service
- Travel co-ordination Assistance
- Assist with Event Management
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum of two years experience working in a Reception (including Switch Board)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Ability to engage with employees and stakeholders, and understand their needs
- Ability to use initiative and maintain output & productivity
