The hours of this role are 9:15 to 15:00 Monday to Friday (25 hours) with 45 minute break
We are seeking someone with administrative experience to provide support to an office based in Dublin 14.
The person must be flexible, able work within a team and on their own and have keen attention to detail
Duties required, but not limited to;
- To provide administrative support to the office
- Monitor security sign in book for guests
- Daily walk round to ensure office kept clean and tidy
- Ordering lunch for office meetings
- Manage all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Ordering stationary and cleaning supplies
To be considered for this role, you must have;
- Have used MS Office package previously
- High level communication skills, both written and oral
- Must possess time management skills
