Our client, an international religious organisation with commercial offices in Dublin City Centre are seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 4-6 months.
- €15 per hour
- This role will be based on-site in their offices in Dublin 2.
- Hours: 9am to 5pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Duties of the role:
- Answering phone and email queries
- Processing of financial transactions on internal system
- Ensure that all invoices are sent in a timely manner
- Keep bank reconciliations up to date
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience using an Accounts system preferred
- First class communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to multi task
