This is a unique opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor or a lawyer with up to two year’s pqe to join a fast moving firm in Dublin city centre to specialise in Banking and Financial Services law.
You will work in a team that acts on behalf of Irish lenders/financial institutions and private clients. There are a range of practice areas including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, commercial real estate, acquisition and development finance as well as corporate restructuring. The team also advises financial institutions and purchasers on the sale or acquisition of performing and non-performing loan portfolios.
This role has arisen due to the success of the department. They have already welcomed a few members to the team in Covid times and have a quality remote on-boarding process.
You should be a top tier trained Solicitor who has completed a rotation in corporate or banking law and has a genuine interest in pursuing your career in this area. This is an excellent chance for a talented Solicitor to develop their career and progress within a flexible environment and join a firm that is increasing its market share. You will have a good capability to develop new business contacts alongside the ability to run your own files.
