They are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Real Estate team. You will be working directly with a Partners and a range of lawyers in a diverse team, with the opportunity to have a variety of work and a degree of autonomy.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and file management skills.
- Experience with time entry and electronic billing.
- An eye for detail, strong service orientation and enthusiastic approach to your work.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Advanced skills in Word, Outlook and Excel; and
- Proficiency using a document management system.
To be successful in this role you must have experience as a legal secretary in a property practice. You must have exceptional communication skills and a solid understanding of conveyancing. It is essential that you have strong organisational and file management skills, experience with time entry and electronic billing.
