An esteemed law firm is seeking a highly motivated and organised L&D Administrator to join its Learning and Development team, based in Dublin 2. This role offers a competitive salary and hybrid working options.
The L&D Administrator will play a crucial role providing essential administrative support to the team, and contributing to the development and implementation of L&D strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the launch, execution and evaluation of our Pathway Programmes - aimed at all lawyers and business service professionals.
- Contribute to the overall success of a wide range of learning events by assisting with communications, monitoring attendance and engagement, in person and online event management, researching of topics and skills, and engaging with speakers in their preparation / follow up.
- Coordinate elements of Induction for new colleagues joining the firm.
- Support with the organisation of learning events and campaigns aimed at the full firm or specific cohorts.
- L&D Event Coordination: Calendar management, attendance tracking and recording, preparing materials, consolidating feedback, liaising with external vendors, room management, participant communications etc.
- Utilise the Learning Management System to enable the team to promote continuous learning, curate content and build learning journeys aligned to themes of strategic importance across the business.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably within an L&D or HR environment (ideally 1-2 years experience as a L&D Administrator; in Events Coordination, or as a Junior Project Manager).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
