This HRBP role with a global insurance company in Dublin 1, will have a specific focus on Employee Relations.
A 12 month FTC is on offer with a hybrid set up. Ideal start date is April 24th.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading and managing a disciplinary, grievance or performance management conversation.
You will be confident in supporting/coaching the managers involved in the process. You will be comfortable with face-to-face meetings and partnering with the business.
