We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and approachable HR administrator with this public sector client.
It is located on-site 5 days a week, in Dublin 2 offices close to Trinity College. It is a full time 37 hour working week with flexible working hours. Salary is €24,996 pro rata - Clerical Officer grade.
It is a 3 month (potential to be extended) assignment within the HR department. The ideal candidate is someone who is flexible and enthusiastic and who enjoys variety within their role.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and a passion for providing high quality support services internally and externally.
You will have the ability to meet deadlines, organise and prioritise tasks and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
You will need to possess;
• Minimum 1- 2 years administration experience
• HR/Business Qualification (third level or equivalent)
• Computer literacy including data entry and accurate typing skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional telephone manner with a calm disposition and pleasant personality;
• Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills.
