Front of House Receptionist/Administrator required to join an Accountancy & Tax practice in Dublin 4.
This is a permanent position and the salary on offer will depend on your experience but 27k - 32k with 20 days annual leave.
The hours of work are 9am-5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
This job is full time office based.
This position is based on the reception desk. You will be the first point of contact for the firm. You will answer calls, take messages and transfer when necessary and deal with couriers and deliveries.
You will provide administrative support to ~25 staff; 60% of whom are now back in the office. You will organise client conference calls, typing and formatting documents, creating invoices, taking minutes at meetings and general day to day administrative tasks.
During non-covid times, you will be responsible for booking flights and travel arrangements.
This role will offer you the opportunity to get involved in marketing, potentially some recruitment administration and compliance and GDPR. It could have x7 different slants... you can make it what you want.
There are three partners and the rest of staff made up of Tax Consultants, trainees, book keepers and various levels of accountants.
This role is very busy, but it can be quiet in the office too so you have to be comfortable working in this type of environment.
Based in Dublin 4, the dart is a 7 minute walk away, and the 4 & 7 bus stop is a 2 minute walk.
You must have office experience to be considered for this position – reception, admin, data entry etc. The environment is corporate but relaxed! You need to be a self-starter, someone who likes to role up their sleeves and get stuck in! You will be relied on quite heavily, so you have to enjoy managing a variety of tasks. You must also have strong MS office skills and this will be tested.
