This Dublin South NGO organisation is looking for an experienced and resourceful Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day financial transactions and ensure operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.
- Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts, in line with accounting standards.
- Manage the external and internal audit processes.
- Monitor, review, and update financial policies and procedures.
- Manage the monthly payroll process and ensure prompt payment of staff and volunteer expenses.
- Support budget, management accounts, cash flow, and forecast activities.
- Ensure compliance with all finance-related statutory requirements.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in preparing monthly management accounts, financial budgets, and year-end accounts for audit.
- Skills: Highly organised with strong attention to detail, logical thinking, excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Qualifications: Accountancy qualification desirable though not essential
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience in Xero accounting software is desirable.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation, policy, and report-writing skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work on own initiative and respond to the needs of a developing organisation.
- Risk Management: Experience in Risk Management is desirable.
