6 month - 1 Year Initial Contract with possibility of extension

The position will be responsible for the allocation of desks and managing and utilising office space over two sites. The role will initially be for 6 months to 1 year with the possiblity of it being extended or going permanent.
This is a very hands on role requiring excellent project management skills as well as priortisation and time management.
Schedule and implement all Facilities day to day operations over 2 offices
Look to optimise space planning, internal moves and office utilisation.
Responsibility for all quality, environmental and health & safety issues
Ensure compliance with company and legislative policies in all areas
Liaise with management to identify requirements and manage delivery of same
Formal technical education or degree equivalent qualification level is preferred
At least 4 years experience in FM role or building services maintenance in a managerial role
Enthusiastic “can do” attitude and flexible to the needs of the business.
Strong communication/ interpersonal skills with ability to work as part of a team
Good prioritising skills
Organised and ability to multi-task.
