Excellent opportunity to utilise your superior administration skills to assist the Office of the Inspector in this government agency.
You will be a key contact person within the department to field phone calls and queries and to arrange follow up action.
The role will allow you to contribute to the development and implementation of business plan objectives, operational policies and procedures within the department.
- You will ensure that the administrative functions and systems i.e. Sharepoint of the department are managed effectively and efficiently and ensure the efficient administration of the inspection and report production processes from planning to the conclusion on an annual basis.
- You will be responsible for organising team meetings and taking minutes at meetings. Some meetings will be with key stakeholders both externally and internally relating to the inspection process and you will attend/and/or represent the department at meetings both internal and external as required.
- You will supervise and manage the performance (PMDS) of clerical staff assigned to the department.
- You assist in the preparation of reports as required.
This assignment is due expected to last until Christmas but may be extended.
€30,884 pro rata. 37 hour week. WFH for the foreseeable but there may be a requirement to attend onsite in the Dublin 4 office ( Baggot Street) one or two days per week if necessary.
