Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using third-party publishing tools.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and increase engagement.
- Craft compelling messaging and copywriting for digital platforms, blogs, and campaigns.
- Create high-quality photography and videography content, including editing.
- Assist in running and optimising paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Implement new digital strategies and tools in coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain website content.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva: Must be able to create engaging graphics and edit videos.
- Experience with WordPress: Familiarity with maintaining and updating website content.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM: Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Social Media Management: Experience in managing and optimising social media platforms.
- Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to craft engaging digital content.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Email Marketing Tools: Experience with Mailchimp and ActivePipe is preferred.
