My client, a top law firm in Dublin 1 are seeking to hire an experienced CRM Manager to lead and support the ongoing implementation of their new CRM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of a new CRM solution and the pursuit of strategic opportunities in addition to the progress of associated campaigns.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the CRM solution's solution and process design, planning, implementation, and delivery.
  • Make best practice recommendations based on Client Development strategy to streamline procedures inside the CRM system.
  • Act as the business lead for CRM adoption, develop a solid and practical plan to support it.
  • Create and implement value-added CRM projects and enhancements.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance of sales and marketing data, technology, and processes.
  • Create metrics and measures for data quality, optimisation, and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to create targeted marketing initiatives and commercial opportunities.
  • Oversee the firm's Client Data Strategy alongside the other major departments.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign efficacy in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue, as well as developing firm-wide dashboards for our business teams.
  • Review and prioritize enhancement requests, and act as the business lead for release management procedures (including UAT/testing responsibility, as well as release planning and execution).

Skills, Experience And Characteristics Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience of managing and implementing CRM applications
  • Experience with technology integration to support client experience including customer service, marketing or digital.
  • Subject matter expertise in CRM architecture and technologies.
  • Good understanding of data and data analytics models and active problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in adapting to working in highly structured processes while seeking out improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is key
  • Effective planning & project management
  • Target driven mind-set
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Experience of working in Professional Services and/or Partnership structure is preferable
