Fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting quality improvements in health care services

You will;

  • Assist with preparation of documents and create agenda for board meetings
  • Record minutes of meetings and subsequent preparation of minutes
  • Schedule internal and external meetings for CEO and Heads of Department
  • Arrange travel including flights and accommodation for Board, CEO & Heads of Departments
  • Update the CRM system with membership details
  • Create membership reports from CRM system
  • Acting as the first point of contact for new organisations expressing an interest in programmes
  • Issuing invoices for annual fees for the external evaluation programmes and receipts
  • Scheduling internal team meetings and preparing minutes from these meetings


  • 2+ years experience in office support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience of CRM system such as Salesforce is desirable
