Our client, a regulatory body based in Dublin 1 are seeking to hire a Compliance Analyst to join their team to cover a 14 month Maternity Leave Contract. Whilst this is a FTC, there is strong scope for permanency / longer term contract in the future.
As a Compliance Analyst, you will investigate potential regulatory breaches by companies through conducting investigations in a thorough and legally robust manger. You will undertake data gathering and mining, onsite inspections and investigative interviewing, followed by detailed report writing.
In this position you will be working closely with the Head of the Compliance Team, legal teams and other units within the organisation.
Your main responsibilities will include project management, investigation caseload by assessing and planning, enforcement activities, case document preparation, and development of policy. Evaluate regulatory compliance issues from consumer complaints, operator complaints, or from your own analysis/monitoring activities.
To be successful in this position you will have a relevant degree (Regulation/Compliance/Engineering or Telecoms) at least 3 years’ experience in a regulatory / compliance role with strong writing ability and attention to detail. Experience in the telecoms space would be desirable.
This position will be hybrid ( min 2 days per week in the office) for the foreseeable future, and a salary of €54,000 is on offer.
