We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a dynamic People Function team in a high-impact public sector agency. You will report to the Head of Reward and play a pivotal role in managing compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, and leading key reward processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reward frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Develop and implement new Total Reward packages.
- Developing and implementing new pay structures.
- Lead the design and implementation of Job Architecture & Pay Transparency frameworks.
- Manage annual bonus and salary review processes.
- Oversee executive reward processes and prepare Remuneration Committee papers.
- Conduct market surveys and provide insights on compensation trends.
- Lead job evaluations, grading, and benchmarking activities.
- Manage benefits offerings and change projects with outsourced providers.
- Act as a reward subject matter expert across the organisation.
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in reward or compensation roles
- Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills
- Proven track record in HR systems, time management, and attention to detail
