The Role
The Bid Manager will drive the overall proposal development effort and delivery of bids, proposals and associated deliverables in conjunction with the business development and operational teams.

You will
- Develop and design tailored proposals for clients
- Ensure the preparation of bids in compliance with Bidding process from bid start through to end
- Create, coordinate and plan submissions
- Provide creative, technical and commercial writing skills
- Work with the larger team to update and maintain the bespoke Bid Library
- Liaise with Executive Management and clients on bid preparation
- Ensure the prompt, accurate and timely creation of the RFP response by coordinating the input and resources of various teams
- Lead and mentor junior members of the team
You must
- Have a successful bid background
- Be highly articulate with strong attention to detail (even minor mistakes don't get past you)
- Thoroughly understand the bid preparation, sales cycle, and business development processes
- Be able to influence and coordinate junior members of the team
- Have advanced MS Office Skills
- Experience with Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is desired but not essential
