My client, a public sector body are seeking an experienced administrator to support the manager of a busy department.
24 month contract
€25,101 non negotiable
Hybrid working options (2-3 working remotely)
State of the art offices centrally located in Dublin 2
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support to case administrators and case manager
- Working closely with the assessment team to provide them with efficient administrative support.
- Liaising with external customers including pharmaceutical companies and other European regulatory bodies.
- Administration/secretarial work including typing, post, telephone queries, filing, photocopying and reception.
- Reporting regularly on progress against specified objectives, goals and performance targets.
- Taking measures to identify and resolve issues impacting performance.
- Participating at regular internal team, section and department meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year previous experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent organisation skills including the ability to prioritise and manage large volumes of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with relevant parties as required
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and understand their needs
- Excellent typing skills with low error rate.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and database administration
- Previous experience working as part of a team
