My client, a prominent, high profile financial services organisation with offices in the IFSC are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to take up a rolling temp contract with an immediate start with possibility of permanency if interested. This will be a temporary assignment that will pay a pro rata salary of €38K.
Duties will include:
- Managing the supplier set up on all business units
- Complete call backs to all suppliers
- Scanning & Barcoding invoices
- Payment Allocations
- Enter Invoices on all business units
- Prepare/Calculate PSWT,Reverse charge vat,RCT on invoices
- Printing of invoices/approvals/letters from our workflow system
