You will be working as part of a small team in a Project Management / Consulting organisation based in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14.

The role will include payroll, invoicing, Sage Accounts, banking and accounts administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounts assistant or AP/AR professional to gain experience in payroll.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate and you will process monthly payroll for 80 employees using basic procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for all aspects of the payroll function - collating expenses etc. and inputting into payroll system on a monthly basis. Entering payroll information in Excel summaries.
- Debtors - issuing invoices to and processing payments received from clients and updating all relevant Excel spreadsheets.
- Creditors - processing invoices received from suppliers and consultants, paying by EFT and recording in relevant Excel spreadsheets.
- Banking - checking bank activity on a daily basis and recording of same.
- Sage Accounts - entering all accounts activity in Sage Line 50.
- General - setting up new project number and fee files/Updating Asset Register/ Miscellaneous Accounts Typing, e.g. Fee Proposals
- Carry out any other finance duties as they arise.
