Business as usual – Covid 19

Despite the uncertainty of the current environment, here at Lex Consultancy we are dedicated to providing the same high level of service that you are used to receiving. Whether by working actively to fill your vacancies or find your perfect role, or simply being on hand for a quick chat regarding hiring, jobseeking or working remotely in this new environment, we are committed to working with both clients and candidates as partners in the hiring market – so that hasn’t changed!

However, in light of the current Covid 19 regulations and guidelines, some of our business processes have been altered to ensure the safety of our clients, candidates and consultants. Our consultants have been provided with all the materials necessary to work remotely. We are conducting interviews virtually via Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom etc. This is a practice that we have had in place since well before Covid 19 to accommodate candidates who cannot come into our offices for various reasons. We are well versed in conducting interviews virtually and please rest assured that meeting a consultant via a virtual method will not impact your chances of finding your perfect role in any way.

Our clients have been doing their best to conduct interviews either virtually or via phone; while this is not always manageable, when it can be done, it will be done. At this time hiring may be a bit slower than what we are used to, but companies are already planning ahead for the time when we will come out of this crisis and head back towards normal life. We are happy to coordinate interviews in whatever way the client and candidate feels is best, and will partner with both candidates and clients to keep the interview process as smooth as possible.

Temporary Employees

For our clients: we have a pool of excellent temporary employees who are happy to help out in the current environment and who are available to start immediately. If you have a short term or contract role that urgently needs filling, please feel free to call us on 01-663-3030.

Working Remotely

Our consultants have had the infrastructure in place to work remotely long before the current Covid 19 situation. We are well-versed in the practices around remote work and are happy to speak with any candidates or clients with questions about Covid 19 and the workplace.
